I was trying to get someone on the phone because it’s 9am and the bus has still not came and picked my son and others. The person that got on kept transferring me to nowhere. This is a horrible experience with this district transportation. Hopefully they get better at making sure kids make it to school.

Everything was going well this school year my son had just gotten accustomed to his bus driver and assistant. Today in the middle of the school year they decide to change his bus number which ultimately means a whole new set of people he has to get used to. I was told that possibly maybe there have been people added to his route but there was no confirmation if that is the case. This is truly the worst Transportation team I’ve ever experienced. I’m about to see if I am able to send the news a story about them.

This alief isd special bus transportation is poor. They change my child school bus every time every time. And the bus take more than 1hr to show, And sometimes she won't even show at all. And my child will miss school that day. I don't understand what is going on. Whom can I talk to, to report this complain

I work here. I've been here for over 40 years. They are a great district to work for. We are treated and paid well with great benefits.
