Even after I informed that I had moved forward with another broker, Ejaz provided me with courteous & patient communication. That standard of service is rare in business once the sale is no longer on the table. To me, it says a lot about Ejaz' professionalism & integrity.
I had a disappointing experience. I was told I was “pre-approved” for a line of credit and was asked to pay $570 for a home appraisal. After that, my application was declined, and only 50% of the appraisal fee was refunded. I understand that approvals can change, but the process was not clearly explained. I would have expected better transparency before being asked to pay out of pocket. This felt rushed and more focused on moving the process forward than on protecting the client.
