I did not think I’d write this review but I’m just so disappointed mainly because the lash tech herself is so nice and was not rude towards me at least not in front of me. She was accommodating because I’m a parent and had my child with me and she was very nice towards him. HOWEVER I paid $180 all that money down the drain that is hard. Ari is one of THE kindest, genuine , has such a jubilant voice and personality ! I’ve been going to her for almost 3 years! And people always assume my lashes are natural. Enhancing my natural beauty with just the perfect hands to do so !
This is the best lash tech I have ever been to!! She’s super gentle, kind and precise with her placement. Her sets also last & withstand swimming & all activities which cannot be said for most lash techs!!
I did my lashes for an important event i had planned my lashes started falling out within 2-3 days there was big gaps I messaged her about it on a Friday morning sent pictures and all like she asked she told me i can come back in tomorrow (Saturday) when i asked her what time she never responded until 2 days after on a Sunday night saying she “forgot” when i no longer needed her services very unprofessional
