Prior to making a decision about whether to return to this business for a tax filing, I called the office and specifically asked whether there had been a rate increase over the previous year. Rather than answer the question directly, the office told me that I could expect a fee "right around [last year's]." I found out only after the taxes were done that there had been an adjustment "...to account for increases in operating costs and cost of living..." EXCELLENT service and team. I had complicated filings and taxes in arrears and had worked with 2 other cpa firms that couldn’t get me over the finish line. Very professional and very knowledgeable and helped me break it down and get it all together so they could finish my filings. Can’t say enough about what a great team of people they are!!!!
Alicia and staff are amazing! This was our first year working with them based on a recommendation from another accountant and I couldn't be more pleased. Alicia and her staff are the absolutely the best, !! They have been working my 2020 taxes for 4 years. We have gone back and forth with the IRS and was afraid I was going to get screwed and pay them 9K. My case was not that complicated but the IRS had to make sure my sister and I were in fact siblings to claim her children as I was their provider at the time.
