Called this travel agency simply asked who I was speaking with and the woman (dawn) began yelling at me and told me I was rude, I merely asked who I was speaking with….she then said it must be my New York accent that made me sound rude, I then told her I was from Philly and she said that explains it…glad I learned before I booked a trip with her…..
