This was my first in-person sound bath of any kind, and I feel so very fortunate to have been a part of it. Alice’s incredible skill and energy with her instruments creates an experience that’s almost indescribable! I sustained the longest high theta meditative state I’ve ever held, while the gongs resonated through and within my body causing imagery as well as physical feelings of ocean tides pushing and pulling me in a beautiful, healing dance! Just recently i had the pleasure of experiencing one of Alice’s gong baths for the second time. Each one was unique and each was an amazing, calming and healing experience. The sounds that each of the “instruments “ that she uses is unique and evokes imagery that one wouldn’t imagine possible… in short, it in many ways defies description. Experience it for yourself.
