What an experience! Alice's place is beautiful, magical - and she has an amazing array of instruments including the largest Gongs I every seen. She was very welcoming. This was my first Gong bath. I felt my entire nervous system relax. I found myself dropping into deep meditation. I fell asleep. I felt myself transported. At the end I felt refreshed, calm and centered. If you are on the Big Island, this is an experience you don't want to miss.
