I work with Corrine at Alice Lane for purchasing through my trade account, and she is truly exceptional. Tonight I needed to purchase the Freddie Lounge Chair before the end of their sale and ended up placing the order after hours. Sure enough, Corrine was there. She quickly prepared my quote and made sure everything was taken care of in time for me to receive the sale pricing. Beautiful pieces that are timeless and well made. Perfect for someone who wants a curated and unique home.
Ordered the Greek key rug in tobacco 8 x 10. Received the rug in navy in a 10 x 14. Difficulty getting someone to call me back to rectify this situation. Have been in touch via email was told someone would reach out for more info within 24 hours. I am now 5 days into this process. I will not order from Alice Lane again.
I love Alice Lane! I have used it in clients homes as well as my own. I love their attention to detail and the quality of the pieces. The customer service is next level!
I’ve been an Alice Lane fan and customer for quite some time, and I continue to love their beautiful design aesthetic and the quality of their products. Their pieces are timeless, elevated, and thoughtfully made. I also look forward to their podcast every week. I’m so happy to have another Alice Lane piece in my home!
