If you’re on the fence about using a mortgage broker to get you the best rate for your mortgage, don’t be. You need to use Centum and you need to ask for Alica. When I say she went above and beyond, she went ABOVE and BEYOND. My mortgage was a bit tricky and she found a solution when it came time to refinance that not only matched my mortgage rate from the last company I had used, but she found a way for my date and mortgage to actually GO DOWN.
