This place is a complete disgrace. The owner acts like he’s the only one who knows how to fix phones, but in reality, he’s just arrogant and rude. He treats customers with zero respect and talks down to people like he’s doing them a favor. I replaced my iPhone 14 Pro battery here in December last year, only to later find out it wasn’t even an Apple genuine battery. That’s why the battery health doesn’t even show up. The biggest problem with this place is how incredibly rude they are. The way they treat customers is downright unpleasant. Their attitude is basically “do it my way or nothing.” Don’t go here—you’ll just end up upset.
I love going to Alibaba Repair shop! The owner was able to fix my iPhone which Apple Store stripped the screws to remove the face. He replace my battery in 30mins and had my phone back functioning properly in less than an Hour! Highly recommend his services.
Ali is the best! I’ve brought my phone to him multiple times and he can always fix it!
