About a year ago, I brought my phone in to have the speaker repaired. Unfortunately, after three visits, the issue still wasn’t resolved. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, the conversation became unexpectedly tense, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed in an unprofessional manner. I also felt uncomfortable with how aspects of my background were discussed during the exchange. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The repair costs are high, and in my case, the results were not guaranteed.
Fixed my phone screen for less than 1/5 of the price Apple Care would've charged me, plus it was extremely fast and high quality work done in under an hour. Very professional, highly recommend.
Great service with quick turnaround time. Ali is a true professional and now I can also call him a friend.
