I love going to Alibaba Repair shop! The owner was able to fix my iPhone which Apple Store stripped the screws to remove the face. He replace my battery in 30mins and had my phone back functioning properly in less than an Hour! Highly recommend his services.

I am writing this review to strongly caution anyone considering this repair shop. My experience was not about the repair itself, but about the owner's profoundly unprofessional and suspicious demeanor. I brought in a device my children use, with a back panel that was coming off. I was honest and stated I didn't know the exact cause of the damage. The owner diagnosed a swollen battery, to which I innocently asked, "Would water damage do that?" Excellent. Brought my wife’s phone (iPhone 11 pro)that had the screen cracked by a dog that chewed the corner. She got a new phone but hadn’t backed up her 11. So I could not do a backup of her 11 because I needed to unlock that phone, back it up, then transfer to the new phone. No working screen….no backup. Ali had it done in about 45 minutes.
