Terrible service. They don't fulfill their commitments. It's been almost two months since I hired their services. They're simply an LLC. They don't respond, they don't answer my calls, and they won't refund my money. I will definitely report this company. I did my taxes with Sergio in 2021. I have the receipt of payment, I sent him all my documents, and now I’ve received a letter from the IRS. This person never filed them.
