I did my taxes with Sergio in 2021. I have the receipt of payment, I sent him all my documents, and now I’ve received a letter from the IRS. This person never filed them. On top of that, he refuses to answer my messages.. Terrible service, they never answer, and now I find myself in a dilemma. I am seeking advice on how to report this company. Adjunto recibo de pago

Terrible experience this year. Unable to get a phone call back or phone call answered. Sergio did not provide us a copy of our paperwork. Hasn’t been clear, has given off shady vibes which make us feel uneasy about our filing. Not sure this can be a trusted place to continue business with.
