Cynthia provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel completely unwelcome. I honestly don’t understand why someone who clearly has no patience, professionalism, or basic customer-service skills would choose a profession where dealing with people is part of the job. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly, I don’t understand how this business has a 4.9 rating, because my experience did not reflect that level of service at all. The rating simply does not match the way clients are treated. My experience with Cynthia was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. From the start, I was greeted and told to sit down, and she said she would handle my case. From my experience, I do NOT recommend this place. Cynthia customer service is very disappointing, and her attitude is rude and not welcoming at all. She also overcharges, and the way she speaks to customers and carries herself comes across as very unprofessional. Customer service and respect definitely need improvement.
