I recently had the displeasure of scheduling an appointment with Alia. I scheduled at appointment for 3:15. My appointment was confirmed and then later changed to 3:30 without ever contacting me. Alia wasn’t there and I was told by her assistant that Alia runs very late and that she would be there around 4:15-4:45. And that I should know that she wouldn’t be on time. Wait times are Over an hour! Very unprofessional attitude.  Appointments are useless and confirmations are useless, if you have a life, kids, work and so on, don’t bother, you’ll never get seen, but the time she decides to show her face, you’ll need to leave., she expects that people should wait for her as long as she wants. She won’t even tell you at your appointment time that she can’t see you for 1.5 hours, you’ll have to wait as long as suou can before you have to leave.
