My 17yo daughter and I had a brilliant yoga session with Ali in the Healing Haven Studio. I had asked Ali to run this session particularly with a view to providing instruction, confidence and space for my daughter to explore yoga and meditation and the benefits she might get from it at a time when there is a lot of stress, pressure and external forces on her mental and emotional state. Thank you Ali for a great session!
I have done a few yoga classes and sauna/dip sessions with Ali and she is brilliant - very calm, relaxed, there to support you and no pressure to be a world class yogi - just get what you need out of her sessions. I signed up for the online Yin evening sessions which gave me a chance to slow down, have a fixed time in the diary where I knew I had to be there, and have a relaxed end to the day, all in my own home where a cup of tea and an early night follow - which just wouldn’t happen if leftnto my own devices! Sauna, yoga & swim with Ali on Sunday was just perfect. Her playful class helped unwind from a busy weekend, followed by a lovely swim & then a hot & steamy sauna, swim, sauna repeat. I left feeling stretched & relaxed
Yoga by the sea, does it get any better?! Have always loved Ali's yoga classes, multi level, very knowledgeable, great explanation to get you in positions correctly & fun too. Followed by a sea dip. Just lovely, thankyou Ali xx
Yoga with Ali was amazing. Her class is really enjoyable and suits all levels. The setting is beautiful. What’s not to love and an optional sea dip after. Amazing way to start your day. I have already booked onto more of Ali’s classes.
