I first started working with Ali about 4 years ago after trying hard to find a solution to a lot of chronic pain in my body, particularly in my legs. Every November or December, as the weather got colder, I used to get significant pain in my lower back that lasted through the winter. I went to doctors and chiropractors, I did yoga, I swam…nothing helped for very long. Ali's myofascial work is fantastic and worth every penny! I came to Ali after spending a few years seeing doctors and in physical therapy. She was inquisitive, knowledgeable and kind. She helped to improve my hip mobility and sciatica. I appreciated how she took feedback from my physical therapist and incorporated that into her treatment. I am in much less pain and am extremely grateful. I highly recommend her services!
Phenomenal Bodyworker merging high level of anatomical and technical knowledge with intuitive experience. Improvement from injuries is just scratching the surface, because where her skills really shine is to improve function in the body!
