I paid $375 for tax preparation and was only given a hard copy of my return. When I requested a simple PDF copy for my records, I was told it would cost an additional $40. During our phone call, Sam Abood became agitated, hostile and raised his voice, and abruptly hung up. No abusive language was used on my end, I was simply requesting access to my own documents in a standard format. This felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. I would not use this service again.
Excellent experience. Ali and his team are knowledgeable, very detail oriented and proactive.
If I could give less than one star regarding my experience with Sam Abood I would. I went to him to prepare my taxes and after talking with him for 10 minutes I decided I was not comfortable with him doing my taxes because some of the things that he said he would do were not correct. He charged me $150. for 10 minutes.
