I was in the HV store and i had some exceptionally helpful service regarding a fat tire bike. She gave me maps, places to avoid, road map, route maps etc. Kudos to AO and Liesel, Wes

Today my husband I went in in search of new down hill skis, boots etc. we are just getting into the sport now that our young daughters are able to do it. We were met by David and Bob who were incredibly helpful. Their passion about the sport as well as dedication to ensuring we had the most comfortable/ practical gear was evident immediately. We were very impressed and glad we chose to come to Algonquin to get suited up! We will be back in the future.
They always have the perfect items that we need for our outdoor adventures. So friendly and helpful too!!!
