Staff here are fantastic. I was, able to book an, appointment easily and promptly. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. The staff member who saw to me was great to deal with. She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Very thorough in regards to diagnostics. Absolutely will consider this the place to go should I have any concerns with my hearing in the future. The welcoming atmosphere and professional staff made it an easy choice.
I am a current client of Algoma Hearing and have been for many years. The audiologists are very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant always. Travis is always inviting at the front desk and reminds me of upcoming appointments. One note in particular that I would like to mention is my hearing claim with WSIB. Algoma hearing took care of all the paperwork for me, submitted all required documents and before I knew it I was wearing my aids! Thank you to Patricia, Kassidy and Travis.
