I’d give 10 stars if I could. Warm, welcoming, amazing staff. Treated me like family. Overheard them helping other customers and it was amazing the willingness to help others. I don’t write many reviews but this one is well deserved.
I recently found it was time to update my hearing aids once more. Considering my past experience with Algoma Hearing they are my first choice when I need some help in the hearing department. I'd had some experiences with losing a hearing aid in the past and expressed my concerns to Patti. Patti assured me she has solutions and this time around I recieved hearing aids that can be tracked to within a foot or two if they are active and if deactivated (dead battery) offer the last known location. Staff here are fantastic. I was, able to book an, appointment easily and promptly. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. The staff member who saw to me was great to deal with. She walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Very thorough in regards to diagnostics. Absolutely will consider this the place to go should I have any concerns with my hearing in the future. The welcoming atmosphere and professional staff made it an easy choice.
