Great service ! I was there to fix my chain going cross country with my Pakyak,the staff was really helpful and knowledgeable ! I ordered a charger and it was shipped the next day first thing in the morning. I'm now in Alberta, thanks to you guys ! Thanks paul for arranging my slipping gear today !! I was looking for a very specific Axiom tail rack for my fat bike. Unfortunately out of stock nearly everywhere in Ontario. Axiom head office directed me to Algoma Bicycle Company (about 750kms away from me) where Brad took care of things. Clearly working late during the pre-Christmas rush I saw the shipping label creation was made just past midnight that same day.
