Great, reliable public transportation service that gives you door to door service. Customer service is outstanding!
Alger Transit is a great example of a less populated county transit outfit. From the scheduled regional route to Marquette to the "Drunk Bus" that is on call from 6 to 2 at night, they make their butts and can flirt work for all necessary travel folks might need. The bus station in Munising has a bathroom and i'd guess is heated altho I haven't been inside during the cold. They even have a backpacker bus for the summer time to bring folks to Pictured Rocks.
