We had our Wills updated & POA & Guardianship drawn up and the whole experience could not have been more seamless. Very professional and made you feel at ease throughout the whole experience. I had a very disappointing experience with Access Law Group. After working with them, I discovered that the final documents contained the wrong bank account details, which has prevented me from accessing the funds that are owed to me. This is completely unacceptable, and now I’m left trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled properly from the start. The customer service was also abysmal. Awful. Do not use. Wrong Bank account on final documents so I can not access funds due and super paid into the incorrect fund. Spent lots of time spent chasing up the correct action without a response.
