Alfredo was very helpful when we fist saw him he told us what we needed to work on to be able to get approved for a loan and our goal as well what mortgage payment we wanted to stay on and he was able to give us couple example of the amount of the house so we knew what amount we had to stay on to be able to stay at the monthly mortgage. When we started to look as some home and we wanted to put offer on it he was available every time for us and was able to send us the paperwork all the time when we needed it. Alfredo was wonderful to work with. We had multiple transactions going on at one time and he was very efficient and kept the process moving. He always kept us updated and informed on what was going on. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future.
