I have worked with Alfredo on multiple loans. He is always the rep I request because he is so competent, prompt and a great communicator. Our most recent home purchase required speed: there was an open house on Saturday with offers being evaluated on Monday at 10am! We didn't have pre-authorization because we hadn't decided to buy until we saw the house. Alfredo was amazingly available on short notice. Without him, we wouldn't have been able to purchase our new home.
