This place was responsive, knowledgeable, and very friendly from the start. Special shoutout to Lisa Fox for being so awesome. Totally recommend if you’re interested in Herman Miller chairs (or any other kind)
I bought a HM Embody during covid from the HM website, and the chair had some small fabric tear after 4 years. HM's website told me that Alfred Williams is a dedicated servicer, so I gave them a call and they did the warranty for me. They were very responsive and over email we were able to confirm everything to get the warranty work done. A week later they had a tech show up to my house with the supplies and he quickly did the repair work. He was very respectful and knew what he was doing. 5/5 I would highly recommend
