My experience with Alfred has been amazing. I reached out to him after dealing with vertigo for a couple weeks. Alfred helped tremendously and I no longer have vertigo symptoms or dizziness. I continue to see Alfred for maintenance and most recently weight loss/digestion/stomach issues. He is very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about my well-being. Every session leaves me feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced. Highly recommend!!

I came to Alfred with stubborn tennis elbow pain that wasn’t improving. After a few acupuncture sessions, the pain significantly reduced and mobility improved. He explains everything clearly and really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with joint or muscle pain.
