I was having lower back pain and thought I'd try a treatment. Went once a week for 6 weeks cause I was getting relief in my back and I also had much more energy, a better mood and overall more calm. Now I am doing a maintenance treatment every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Alfred.
I was having severe neck pain with limited mobility, That was causing me to get no sleep. After my first appointment I got much more range of motion with relief of pain. Now after a couple more appointments I have full range of motion and have been able to sleep comfortably! Highly recommended!!! Learned so much about acupuncture and how beneficial it is! 6 stars!
