I have a severe mold problem with my apartment complex and Jacob and his team have worked diligently on holding them accountable for this. I appreciate him and his team’s hard work on getting a resolution for this issue. Don't trust this guy, he delays and delays and delays your case unnecessarily extending your case forever, and makes false promises. After 3 years of postponing my trial dates I had to dismiss this guy. And to add cherry on top, he is now claiming a percentage interest in my case out of the outcome of it, additional to his expenses even though he wasted me 3 years of my life. Its like a builder not finishing somebody's home and requesting to be paid for the entirety of the project. Selfless person.
