The massage therapy was good and relaxing.
Great service amazing customer service
I am very disappointed with the service I received. My first massage was left incomplete because the therapist was sick, yet I was still charged. My therapists often run late. On three occasions my husband’s appointments were cancelled last minute. Please make sure my insurance is not billed unethically for incomplete services. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the professionalism of the clinic.
Alfa Spa in Vaughan location is amazing! My husband and I live in North York but we don’t mind traveling 30mins just to have our massage here. All the therapists here are all amazing and very friendly. I always ask for Vicky and I always leave feeling so light and relaxed after my appointment. Highly highly recommend this Massage Spa!
