Unfortunately I cannot comment on the services. Definitely not a spa experience. From the moment I walked in I was disappointed. From the ‘80’s dental waiting room vibe to the extremely dirty and disappointing massage rooms I turned and burned so fast. I was disgusted by the dirty and oil stained bedding. There was no way I was going to stay. Yuck! 🤮
Had my first massage appointment here last Saturday. Both the receptionist and a woman who seemed to be the owner had an unnecessary/bossy attitude, especially when asked ,e to fill out the forms. It was very hot that day, and there was no air conditioning in the common area. The masseuse was friendly, but the pressure was insufficient and her technique was very basic/junior, with no acupoint massage at all. For a 1-hour massage costing 110+ Tax per hour, they didn’t even offer a glass water.
My husband went for what was suppose to be a relaxing spa massage for Father’s Day and unfortunately had a mediocre experience. He was first instructed to go to room 2 which he had to find himself and wasn’t sure what to do once he got there since this was his first time at this spa. Undress? Does the masseuse want to go over the intake form first? As he was waiting at door 2, another man was told to go to room 2 as well. Pretty unorganized in that sense.
