My brother Amado is a current resident at Colonial Gardens Residence. It is a very clean and friendly environment. The Director, Geisell Hernandez, is a very nice person always working to meet the residents’ need. She is an asset for Colonial. The entire staff is caring and attentive. They have gone over and above for my brother, and I truly appreciate each one of them and their help to make him fell at home. I will never forget!!!!! My mom died because of their neglect!!!!!! Ignore the positive reviews!!! Everyone was asked to go online and give the facility a good review. Including my mom and sister, which killed me when I read it!!! My mom died of Covid from the negligent staff in this facility. This place is where my Dad is. now for 6 months. I highly recommend it. The staff is great and administrators are very caring like family. I am thankful to have my Dad there and to all the staff. It is a great place, care, clean, and good food. Thank you Arelis for helping me always with any question or concern you are amazing.
The previous staff were more friendly and it used to feel like home. Now it’s different and I don’t see enough inclusivity.
