Called in this morning as problems with getting air in back tyre. Superb customer service, asked what problem was, I explained , the gentleman said wheel your bike in, rectified problem straight away and put it right. I honestly have never had better service anywhere. , absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much.

The service guys, Louis (I'm sorry if i spelled the name incorrectly but where is credit due there is credit due) accommodated my needs, especially at this i bet very busy times, and re-aligned my rear wheel to fit my Cannondale bike. Not only has it been done very quickly, but also it was done as promised. The day Louis promised he'd do it I received a text that it was ready to collect and when i arrived the wheel was not only aligned as promised but also the cassette, computer sensor and a tyre snapped so i literally could... read more
