Wonderful! I'm completely in shock by the negative review. Alex's is wonderful and the owner is extremely helpful and generous! The family is very nice and is always accommodating. I've been coming here consistently for the past year (and off an on for 5 years before I moved back to FL) and I've experienced nothing but great service. The gift shop is beautiful!
