Caucasian female sold liquor and put two bottles in Kroger bag. No brown bag nor did she double the bag. She states policy is once you leave the store there's nothing they can do. But it was negligence on their part. She was very rude and interrupting while I was talking to the other store clerk. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Buyer's beware. They seem to have a reputation for bad customer service according to previous reviews.
