Alexis is not located in Chicago and she will charge you a virtual fee at closing- I caught it and had it taken off or invited her to come to Chicago. Messy interaction from closing, admin and IT/portal. I asked one of her assistants/colleagues for help- she explained she wasn't good at IT and didn't know how to help, and Alexis said she was the person to help me. Not the kind of assistance one wants when it comes to a few hundred thousand dollars.
Alexis and Cross Country Mortgage go the extra step in making your re-finance or mortgage experience the best it can be. I will not recommend anyone else! Thank You Alexis and your TEAM!
