Friendly staff members, clean nice spa, very welcoming environment, knowledgeable. This is my 4th time there. Once I tried their services, I stopped going anywhere else
I’ve been getting facials here for a while now and I can honestly say the entire team is amazing. All of the girls really take the time to listen to your concerns and skincare goals, they recommend treatments based on what’s actually best for you; not just what makes them the most money, which is so refreshing. I had facial cleaning with Elena multiple times and after her last few cleanings, I noticed how pimples began to form, particularly on my nose (one at each time), which caused breakouts and resulted in small scars/skin damage. I talked to her many times about it asking for resolving problem but she denied my concern and refused to make any concessions to somehow rectify the situation.
