My dad and I toured Alexis Pointe with Rose. She was a super friendly, knowledgeable and patient guide. We saw everything at a slow pace, even a couple’s room! The facility is just the right size to feel like a warm home, while being big enough for so many amenities. Unlike another facility we toured Alexis Pointe was bright and welcoming. My FIL just signed a lease at Alexis Pointe, and from start to finish, Ms. Sherrean Jones, Mrs. Michelle Sandoval, the bubbly staff nurse Monique, and Christy, Dad’s new “Wellness Director” walked us through every step and took away all of the anxiety we had created in our minds. Up until 2 weeks ago we were terrified of putting Dad in a “nursing home” because of previous experiences with rehab facilities and just how clinical, sterilized, and “smelly” they always seem to be. Alexis Pointe in Wimberley is welcoming and lovely. The residents are kind and engaged and it feels cozy, and just like home. Certainly book a tour with the amazing Tricia if you’re considering senior living for a loved one.
