My FIL just signed a lease at Alexis Pointe, and from start to finish, Ms. Sherrean Jones, Mrs. Michelle Sandoval, the bubbly staff nurse Monique, and Christy, Dad’s new “Wellness Director” walked us through every step and took away all of the anxiety we had created in our minds. Up until 2 weeks ago we were terrified of putting Dad in a “nursing home” because of previous experiences with rehab facilities and just how clinical, sterilized, and “smelly” they always seem to be.
