I saw Alexis today for help with a torn ACL from a skiing accident, and I noticed a dramatic shift right away in terms of mobility and even how my foot and leg felt as soon as I stood up. He really takes the time to help explain what he’s doing and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve already booked in again for next week.
Alexis clearly speaks the language of the body-mind system with his craft, and was anble to effect positive effectively with my hypermobile body and sensitive nervous system in one session that felt holistic, not just physical. Will be back!
My first Osteo appointment with Alexis and first one ever was way beyond my expectations. My knee has been injured for almost a year, and was seriously reinjured recently. Excellent! I had never been to an osteopath before and I would highly recommend going. I have planters fasciitis, and my hips were a little off. Both concerns were addressed, and I have to say the next day I feel amazing.
