I can't recommend Alexis enough. I've been dealing with knee and ankle injuries for years, and my right knee would almost always become painful after exercise, longer hikes, or even something as simple as sitting with my legs crossed for a while. I saw Alexis today for help with a torn ACL from a skiing accident, and I noticed a dramatic shift right away in terms of mobility and even how my foot and leg felt as soon as I stood up. My first Osteo appointment with Alexis and first one ever was way beyond my expectations. My knee has been injured for almost a year, and was seriously reinjured recently.
