Great quality, excellent ergonomic design. Allows me to sit straight and not have my legs fall asleep while meditating. Just love it!
I am 6'4", 300lbs. I have been doing Zen meditation for 6 years. But I have to deal with a lot of pain and discomfort. Untill I tried the Alexia Meditation Seat. I have attended a couple of 3 day Zen meditation retreats and for the first time ever I have been able to do it with no pain whatsoever. Now I meditate more relax , longer and deeper.
