Just made a phone call and the receptionist was the most disrespectful, rude individual I've ever talked to at a VA office. Cut me off and wouldn't let me talk. Kept talking over me and said I don't need to hear your story. I'm calling back later to sort this out cuz this guy doesn't need tk be on the phone.
Some staff is friendly. This one is rude, unprofessional, seems to be miserable. He doesn't turn on the light in his office. So no one would bother him thinking the office is closed. Trump should terminated this guy.
