How many times would you ask for help before you determined that help was not possible? For many veterans, especially those in dire need, that number is significantly lower than most. Once someone determines help is not possible they give up hope. And they stop asking for help. That’s my experience with this veteran center. Just made a phone call and the receptionist was the most disrespectful, rude individual I've ever talked to at a VA office. Cut me off and wouldn't let me talk. Kept talking over me and said I don't need to hear your story. I'm calling back later to sort this out cuz this guy doesn't need tk be on the phone.
Some staff is friendly. This one is rude, unprofessional, seems to be miserable. He doesn't turn on the light in his office. So no one would bother him thinking the office is closed. Trump should terminated this guy.
The Director RM is the bee's. knees!
