I booked a Gait Analysis as I wasn’t too sure on what running shoes I needed. I was served by a very helpful young man who knew what he was talking about. He guided me through all the steps necessary to find the best shoes for me. I tired on a couple pairs and had the chance to test them on their treadmill in store which was really useful. I would highly recommend this shop and I will be back again in the future.
Came here to look into getting some new running shoes as I have started getting more serious about running. Booked a wait analysis and a insole scan aswell. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked into every aspect of my feet and running to get the best shoes for me. I have been for 2 runs since I brought my shoes and I am really happy with them and my insoles. Would definitely recommend to others.
Went here on the off chance that they had space for a gait analysis (I hadnt pre booked) and they were incredibly helpful. Spent an hour trying on shoes and having a very thorough gait analysis (I am just returning to running after an injury). I would recommend anyone to come here to have their gait analysed so that you can buy appropriate footwear. The gentleman that served me was very knowledgeable and wasn't trying to force a sale on me. I left feeling very content with my new trainers.
Really helpful expert service and advice on shoe selection, and I got exactly what I wanted & needed. I'm looking forward to my next run! I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommended. The location at Lakeside is less convenient for me than the previous shop, and harder to find, but it's worth it when you get there!
Visited yesterday, Hannah was so incredibly helpful and friendly, and was so so knowledgeable, making it clear what shoes would/would not be suitable, incredible customer service, and a great experience. I won’t go anywhere else for advice
