I will never forgive the owner of this horrid care home, my mother-in-law (RIP) stayed here for a very short while, her legs had swollen badly, I requested a doctor to visit, the doctor was cancelled by the owner, my mother-in-law passed away the next day. Understaffed, uncaring and unsafe. I hope one day the owner gets the same treatment ( karma).
Would never recommend this place to anyone the treatment of residents is disgusting
I will live to regret the day I put my mum in this awful care home , how deceiving first impressions can be ,although most of the staff are really nice the place is run by a delusional obnoxious manager who will and does go out of her way to make you feel unwelcome. ..she has even instructed the staff that they are not to make visitors a cup of tea !! Even if the tea trolley is coming round anyway you will not be offered a drink ,i would feel more welcome in belmarsh prison than i do in this awful care home. We pay hundreds ... read more
My Mother-in-law spent three months in this wonderful carehome. She was extremely well looked after by the wonderful dedicated staff.the premises are spotless the food is freshley cooked and of a good standard.every time we visited there was always staff in constant atendence. Tv and music was always playing.and activities we're often going on.My wife & I can highly recommend this wonderful carehome. And you can take comfort in knowing your loved one's will receive the best Care possible. Dave Angela and family.
