The staff here are beyond excellent at taking care of my grandparents here, the service is great and this place overall is Jst amazing! I definitely recommend here, I would put 6 stars if there was an option that’s how extraordinary this place truly is!
Make sure you are aware of the kind of care they provide. It is low care and no appreciation. Couldnt wait to get my mum out of there.
This aged care facility has incredibly friendly staff, delicious meals, and a clean, welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. If Google allowed 6 stars, I’d give them 6 without hesitation
The care, compassion and friendship my mother received during her years at Alexandra Gardens was of great comfort to her family. The communication was excellent especially over the last six months and we always felt welcomed as a family. Highly recommend Casey, Roger and their wonderful staff for looking after and caring for our mum.
