4 or better to be honest. I've been to many care facilities due to my being in the aged care industry and I have to say that Alexandra is a peach. Small, unassuming, a little old, but with great staff. Food appears good, and in the time I spent there I saw nothing but quality care.
My mother lived at Alexandra Gardens for almost three years, and we couldn't have asked for a more supportive and caring environment. The staff were always responsible, attentive, and kept me updated on her health all the time. As her care needs increased, she eventually had to move to a high-care facility. However, my family and I are truly grateful to Casey and the entire team at Alexandra Gardens for the compassion and care they showed our mother over the years. The staff here are beyond excellent at taking care of my grandparents here, the service is great and this place overall is Jst amazing! I definitely recommend here, I would put 6 stars if there was an option that’s how extraordinary this place truly is!
Make sure you are aware of the kind of care they provide. It is low care and no appreciation. Couldnt wait to get my mum out of there.
