I experienced a very reassuring initial call and quotation at a stressful time. I needed a contingency quotation after a problem surfaced with another company. It was the very end of the business day on a Friday, but I got through to Savannah, a most charming, professional, polite, and helpful young lady who listened patiently and did all she could to get me a quote as quickly as possible, following up afterwards to check on required information. It created a very positive impression about the company and Savannah is a star!

For anyone in need of a seamless and stress-free move, I highly recommend these guys. My customer service representative, Justyna, was outstanding in explaining the move. She was kind, thorough, patient, effective, and incredibly helpful. Despite the short notice, Justyna managed to arrange our moving day on the weekend seamlessly. Moving is not stressful with Alexanders! From start to finish, my experience with Alexanders has been a pleasure. Everything they did was to make my life easier. I was worried about how they were going to park outside my very parking restricted London flat and they just said “don’t worry, we will sort it” and that was that, they did. First and foremost I'd like to point out that the team that came to do the actual moving was great and had it not been for the management of the company, this would be a 5 star review. After weeks of searching I had finally found a flat I liked and wanted to move into. Before submitting an offer I contacted Alexander's, to see if they could send someone to conduct a survey and see if all of my furniture would fit into the new flat.
