The crux of my complaint is that I felt rushed by the male individual who answered the call. It is already a stressful situation having to hire an attorney. It certainly does not lend to the experience to be cut off mid-sentence, and told 'we do not handle those right now' with no subsequent explanation. I'm sure that they are great practitioners of law, so my review is more so geared towards my experience today. First impressions are lasting impressions. Hear people out before cutting them off.
