I'm a professional programmer and amateur guitarist. I started taking Alexander lessons with Wes a year and a half ago, after I developed a repetitive strain injury (RSI) that caused my fingers to start going numb. I had tried everything up to that point--meeting with my doctor, icing my wrists, wearing wrist braces--and nothing worked very well. Fantastic teacher! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Alexander Technique. I can’t rate him highly enough. He is also fun to chat with about music. This is another area he is an expert in. Kudos to Wes!
Wes presented a fun and informative professional development intensive for our Greater Cincinnati Area Alexander Technique Teacher's cohort. We all learned a lot and enjoyed every minute of the workshop. Wes is a wealth of knowledge and information, and a great teacher. Hope to have him here again soon!
