Working with Dana as an Embodied Emotional Processing client has been nothing short of transformative. Her modalities feel like magic - working with the nervous system in ways that create a longer lasting impact than the talk therapy I’ve experienced. What surprised me most is how quickly I felt a difference in the way my body reacts to the kinds of stressful stimuli we are targeting in our work together. It feels like an actual re-wiring of something deep. Dana also creates a richly empathetic environment that lends itself ... read more
Lessons with Dana improve my well being more than just about anything else. I used to have frequent neck and shoulder pain (those oh so common knots) and rotating running related aches, but working with Dana has made them far less frequent and improved by overall stability. Alexander Technique is difficult to describe, but every time I work with Dana I feel lighter, have more ease, and my quality of life improves. While pregnant, working with Dana was the best relief for my aches. I would carry visibly differently after work... read more

Every class I learned something new and tangible to play with that deepened my understanding of the Alexander Technique and helped me be more present both in my acting and my daily life.
I can't thank Dana enough for caring about my scoliosis and helping me through from an Alexander Technique perspective. I just completed my much dreaded spinal X-ray since Alexander Technique with Dana and I just wanted to share. For years, I had a curve of 39-42 degrees varying between checkups, but today the X-ray showed 33 degrees! A few degrees can be chalked up to how you’re standing that day, but a 6-9 degree decrease is not variance. My doctor was astonished by the improvement, he was asking “what’re they teaching you... read more
