Belinda is a generous teacher who embodies the qualities of a master AT practitioner. She has a great understanding of the body and it's functions, and creates meaningful exercises producing easy and free results which release tension and for energetic freedom in the body.
Working with Belinda has completely revolutionized my understanding of stage presence and energy. Her classes provide concrete, action-oriented tools that immediately produce results. The sound of my own voice is now much easier for me (and my students, I'm sure) to listen to, especially now that my work has transitioned online.
