I had to take time off from work because of a shoulder injury that was causing pain down into my wrist, making it really painful to type or use a mouse. When Hope worked with me on my way of sitting, I learned it was actually hip tension that was causing me to round my lower back, slump and tense my neck –which was causing my wrists to painfully tighten.
