This review is directed towards Edwin Alexander specifically. This individual abuses his legal authority, supporting cases that are based on falsified evidence, does not act with integrity or professionalism. Misses court dates, doesn't provide disclosure and strategically waits to receive evidence in order to falsify his clients. This person abuses the legal process and should lose his license as a paralegal. I do not recommend that you hire this individual unless you want to waste time & money.
I had the misfortune of working with Edwin for a brief period, and he actually surpassed the negative reviews. He is the most pompous and irrational so-called “professional” I have ever met. Despite working in law, he is utterly incapable of viewing cases concisely or objectively. Instead, he is extremely emotional and interjects his personal prejudices and biases into cases, which is possibly the worst personality trait for someone in his profession. Had to fire Edwin Alexander He is arrogant beyond words He offered to prepare an order to review at the landlord and tenant board for $300 and told us flat out, We had no chance of winning. So I prepared the document myself and guess what we did win. In fact, we gave him his first divisional court win ever. He did not keep good records of payments we made to him and he made us feel like like dirt at one hearing cause my husband was on disability. Ed and his assistant were amazing to deal with. They are busy and that must prove something, because they are good. Ed was referred by a good friend who has many properties and I'm happy he did! (Even he said, "Ed's the best!") We had an issue with a landlord acting in bad faith and Ed was reassuring, and handled everything like a professional. (And of course won the case!)
