Somehow Kyle and the team at Alexander Poole turned what could have been an incredibly stressful 24 hours into me having full convidence that the documents would be served on time and to the right location. Without going into too much detail I used this firm to serve legal papers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my paperwork was delivered despite not being able to make contact for several days. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding given my situation. They always returned phone calls and were able to send my confirmation of delivery in email since I was on a time restriction.

Solid as a rock. I have used them to serve for years. They are always on time. The work is meticulous. I'm not an attorney. I represent myself in lawsuits. I'm located in New York City, although I like to use a process server located in New York State's capital. The customer service is top-notch. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend. Anytime I need anything served in New York, Alexander Poole is my go to.
One of the best companies for all your Process Service needs! They are fast, efficient and always keep me up to date on my files. The whole Alexander Poole team is wonderful, but especially Yvonne! I have been working with her for years and have never been disappointed. Kyle is wonderful as well. The whole team is wonderful, you really will not be disappointed with their services.
