I engaged Nick to do the soft landscaping for my totally-revamped garden in summer 2020. I was familiar with his work because two sets of friends on my street have also used him, and I liked what I saw. He provided an itemised list of all plants required with costings, designed for autumn planting. He came several times over a two-month period as the plants became available and planted over 500 plants. While most reviews for this company are positive the experience for my elderly mother was far from. Quoted £1104 for 2 people for 2 days (in writing by email) to clear and tidy my mums garden which did not seem so unreasonable. However poorly cleared and barely spent 10 hours in total but still invoiced for the original amount. Based on the photos I received which turned out to be selective the invoice was paid then when I saw for myself the actual ‘finished’ work and emailed him I received no further communication from him.... read more
