Unfortunately, it was actually Melsida who initially said she would help with the documents. Yes, she did assist at the beginning and responded to my questions. But later, she told me that another lady would help me with my documents and referred me to her. I reached out to that person, but unfortunately, she didn’t help me either. What is a client supposed to do when your office doesn’t respond properly to questions and doesn’t assist with filling out forms and applications? Как я заключил с ними контракт, оплатил всю сумму. Но они дело отправили только в USCIS, после этого практически все документы и анкеты заполнял я сам лично. А.Сегал говорил что поможет Мелсида, но она тоже не помогала. DS260, I864 и для NVC и для посольства тоже я сам заполнял все документы. Так что я вам не советую эту фирму. Держитесь от них по дальше.
