I had a procedure on Saturday. Sharon, the nurse, placed the IV on the top of my left hand, and it was extremely painful. She seemed unconcerned, so I had to call another nurse, who adjusted it slightly to relieve the discomfort. After the procedure, Sharon removed the IV. MY SON WAS THERE IN 1997. 7 YRS OLD AND PUT ON A.D.D. DRUGS. YES, IT IS TRUE, WHEN YOU START THEM THAT YOUNG, THEY THINK THEY NEED SOMETHING FOR LIFE. Please avoid Northwestern urgent care on Irving Park road west of highway. Took forever to be seen by practitioner after I was instructed to go by primary doctor. Then waited for an insane amount of time to get xray Only three patients total in whole unit. If you are willing to spend a whole day here don’t come
On 10/27 went to ER-NW medical in Lake Forest, for a serious fall, caused by a dizzy spell that could have been avoided if they did practice medicine; cause I have reported the problem several times to specialists and none wanted to look further into it. I had to go to Mayo to be told I also have other things going on with my health-which were not seen by the ER-CT scans they did on 10/27. Terrible treatment as a patient from this doctor. Would not recommend. Knew the minute I met her that she didn't want a new patient and could really care less about me. For the amount of money her and her office charges, you would think there would be more of an attempt to help the patient, not make them feel like a waste of time and strictly a dollar sign. These other great reviews are really baffling because she was straight up awful. And don't get me started on her high pitched fake as f nurse.
Absolutely horrible! I. Wouldn’t send my cat there! Rude and similar to cops facing disgusting ignorant people! Combative and disrespectful. As usual. Now it’s seeping into healthcare. Sad.
Ghetto response. Disturbing response from the staff. If this is healthcare I would rather parish than be put through this abuse! Zero kindness zero compassion.
