Friendly staff and management
Whilst all rest homes has their challengers, this one is no different. Sunday the 19th of October at 8pm, there was only 1 staff member on for 20 residents! until 11pm, when another staff member was supposed to arrive. NOT good enough!! Leaves that Staff member unaccountable for any concerns for the resident's well being /personal safety and belongings.
